Getting started couldn’t be easier. Just complete the form below with your RV details. If your RV is a fit—motorhomes, fifth wheels with bunks, and travel trailers with bunks are the most in-demand—we’ll reach out to connect. After a quick conversation, we’ll send over the management agreement and schedule your drop-off. Once your RV arrives, our team runs a full inspection to ensure it’s guest-ready. From that point on, you’re hands-off. We handle storage, cleaning, maintenance, and rentals—while you enjoy the passive income.
Owners in our program often see strong returns: motorhomes average $6,000–$8,000+ per season, while travel trailers bring in $4,000–$6,000+. Although income can vary, we work hard to keep your RV booked at premium rates so you get the most from your investment. Every month you’ll receive a detailed statement showing all rental activity, and payouts are delivered quickly—typically through Zelle—right alongside your statement.

Every rental booked through our system comes with automatic commercial insurance coverage. As the owner, you’ll simply keep your personal policy active—no changes required. The supplemental coverage applies to every rental, giving you added protection without any extra effort or cost to you.
Renters are responsible for any damage during their trip. To protect your RV, we collect a security deposit from every guest and thoroughly screen and train renters before they’re approved. Many of our bookings are delivery-only, which further reduces risk. Normal wear or mechanical failures—such as A/C or water pump issues—remain the owner’s responsibility. Our team can handle diagnostics and repairs quickly to minimize downtime, though repair costs are billed to you.To keep your RV rental-ready, we perform regular preventative care—checking tires, greasing slides, and inspecting roofs and seals. With our program, you can feel confident knowing your RV is protected and productive all season long.
